Walking is such a wonderful and easy way to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life. Did you know that people all around the world have been practicing walking meditations for thousands of years already?!
If you are anything like me, walking is usually a mindless action that I don’t even have to concentrate on that much. I just go from A to B and that’s pretty much it.
For Space Nation Orbit, I did a bit of research into walking meditations and wrote down a simple exercise that you can do while walking pretty much anywhere. It will help you become more present and connect to the moment, without hardly any extra effort! Let’s Go:
