The Meiji Shrine Tokyo (in Japanese: Meiji Jingu) is located in the Shibuya neighbourhood and it is the Shinto shrine that is dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife, Empress Shōken. Meiji Tokyo and the adjacent Yoyogi Park make up a large forested area within the densely built-up city. It’s a great place to walk around!
