In this Sunday Suggestion we take you to Bill’s in Glasgow, Scotland: Slow Service, but a Festive Breakfast!
Bill’s in Glasgow, Scotland
We knew Bill’s from London and while we didn’t always have great service before, we took the risk as we knew the food would be good :)
It was very busy when we arrived in the morning, so we were asked to wait for about 15 minutes, although after not even 5 minutes we were taken to our table. Didn’t mind waiting in these funky chairs!
We ordered a Cappuccino, mint tea, two plates of pancakes and two juices, which took forever to come out :/
Our drinks arrived after our (gorgeous btw) pancakes, and we were given the wrong juices at first, but that got fixed soon and the waitress even took them of our bill. Nice! Thank’s Bill! (other bill)
You can buy almost everything at Bill’s
Verdict: As we almost already expect from dining at Bill’s, it was very busy and everybody working in the restaurant was running around, seemingly chaotic. Drinks were late, order was messed up, but in the end the food was great and we had a nice time. Would still go back a next time probably. If only for the pancakes :)
