Bibimbap in London, England
A friend of mine introduced me to this place and I was pleasantly surprised! I must confess I’d never tried Korean food before, and clearly I’ve been missing out. Bibimbap is a fun little place with great food!
A Bibimbap is a Korean dish consisting of rice topped with sautéed vegetables, chilli paste, and beef or other meat, sometimes with the addition of a raw (yes) or fried egg.
You start by choosing either brown or white rice, then a main of pork, beef, chicken, seafood or vegetarian, topped with egg if you want and as the last step, you choose either a hot stone bowl (for fun people) or a cold bowl if you’re in a hurry.
I loved my Chilli Chicken Bibimbap (Marinated in chilli, garlic and soy sauce with julienned vegetables), but I can also recommend the Kimchi pancake and the Mandoo dumplings as starters!
Name: Bibimbap Soho

Phone: 0044(0)20 7287 3434
